In this training you will learn how to use the different tools of the CPC change management methodology in practice.

Prerequisites for certification as a Certified Associate in Change Management with TÜV Rheinland tested qualification

  • You must have the general higher education entrance qualification or a technical Abitur. Deviating proofs can be accepted.
  • You have completed the basic training and advanced training, including passing both online tests. You must present both confirmations of participation as proof before the expert training.
  • You must have been present for at least 90% of the expert training.


The three-part change management qualification program gives a comprehensive overview of the application of change management for those who accompany and drive change. The program was developed by CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG, the leading change management consultancy in Germany, and can be completed with the title Certified Associate in Change Management with TÜV Rheinland tested qualification.

The two-day expert training including certification is an interactive training in which the focus is on the application of the change management methods that you have learned in the e-learning courses. In addition, the exchange with the other participants from different industries and areas is valuable.

The training is offered as face-to-face or remote training by experienced change managers from CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG and concludes with the Certified Associate in Change Management exam with TÜV Rheinland tested qualification.

In the expert training you have the opportunity to gain confidence in the application of the tools and methods you have learned and to gain initial experience in the training environment.

You benefit from the practical experience of the trainer and have the opportunity to discuss all questions directly. The different experiences of the participants also lead to interesting insights and insights into how to deal with different changes.

The three-stage qualification program with the completion of the certification as Certified Associate in Change Management with TÜV Rheinland tested qualification focuses on the systematic understanding of the methods and their practical application. It also serves as qualified proof of your competence for your CV and in your daily work.

The accumulated learning hours in this course can be counted as PDUs. The final acceptance is at the discretion of the respective certification organization eg PMI, ACMP
